Due to Human Hair industry standards, RAW GLAMOUR Extensions is a Final Sale product with no refunds or returns.
Appointment Rules & Policies
-Please Do Not show up more than 5 MINUTES early for your scheduled appointment.
-All appointments must be booked online & deposits paid to secure appointments. If deposits aren't paid Via Pay pal, Cash app, or Zelle within 24 hours of booking, your appointment will be CANCELLED.
-No appointments can be secured via ANY social media platform.
-Children and extra guests are NOT ALLOWED.
-Extensions must be clean , dry, and free of thread and/or glue from previous installations, unless you've book a cleaning for them.
-PLEASE come with clean and blow dried hair if youDID NOT book and wash and blow dry
-A $15 Late fee will be added on to your total if you are 10 minutes late . If you have not arrived 10 minutes after your appointment start time , your appointment will be canceled and you will have to reschedule for another day
-Maintenance visits are only available to clients who recieved installations from Raw Glamour Extensions.

INSTALL CONCERNS
Please address all install concerns during your appointment, once you leave your appointment; all sales and slots are final. Any fixes after initial appointment will be considered a maintenance and require a fee.

All information is stored and is not shared with any third party unless there is a problem with a payment of an order, in that case, personal customer information may be shared with the bank upon request.
